New Taipei City Art Center is situated on Zhuangjing Road in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. The center includes New Taipei City Library, a performance hall, three exhibition rooms (130 ~ 260 squared meters), and the Huang Guei-Li Memorial Hall. The performance hall and exhibition rooms provide spaces for performances and exhibitions held by the Cultural Affair Department of the New Taipei City Government. These venues also host various individual exhibitions and group performances. Admission is free for all exhibitions held in the exhibition rooms, offering local communities a place to attend art exhibitions and participate in the appreciation of art.
